项目名称 省级名胜云顶石城核心景区经营权转让（行业：旅游）

投资规模及内容 改扩建景区上山公路9公里，步游道25公里，游人接待中心5000平方米和云顶石城博物馆2500平方米，修复云顶石城古战场遗址，完善景区生态环境工程，景区配套服务接待设施和游乐项目。项目总投资5000万元。
投资前景及背景资料 该项目位于省级云顶石城主景区内，地处四川成都金堂县淮口镇（九龙段），距县城19公里。
云顶山景区总面积46平方公里，主景区面积7平方公里。为观光休闲、历史文化的主要游览区，土地利用规模大。
项目进展情况 该项目是成都东部和龙泉山脉人文景观精华的集中所在地。景区内水、电、气、视、讯等基础条件齐备，有近3000亩土地可以用于开发。
合作方式 转让经营权（40年）
经济效益分析 建成后，预计年接待游客60万人次，年营业收入6000万，企业经营回报率可达20%。

Investment scale and content:
It is one of the most important tourism projects ,and its constuction contents are to construct a road about 9km to the top of the scenic pot, a walking road about 25km, a reception centre for the tourist about 5000㎡, a museum about 2500㎡, meanwhile to renovate the ancient battle field site, to complete the project of ecology, as well as the sets for service and entertaiment .
Total investment: RMB 50 million Yuan.

Analysis of economic benefits:
After it is constructed, the tourists will be 600,000 a year; managerial revenue will be RMB 60 million Yuan a year, and the payback rate of the management is about 20%.
